Iron Mountain purchased LiveVault and hired JDW Marketing to leverage the success of LiveVault’s Institute for Backup Trauma. The result is John Cleese’s Friendly Advice Machine. This viral marketing program for Iron Mountain’s Digital division was designed to bring awareness to the company’s digital solutions among the IT community. The centerpiece of the campaign is a destination Web site where IT and business professionals can get “Friendly Advice” from John Cleese.
